Then this is the right workshop for you! The aim of this weekend’s seminar is to pause, recharge your batteries, observe yourself and develop strategies
for dealing with stress. You will learn how stress works, get to know your own stressors and try out different relaxation and creativity
methods. You will gain an insight into yoga, breath-work and
experience the calming effect of progressive muscle relaxation.
