The Self Care Workshop offers the opportunity to pause, recharge your batteries and develop strategies for dealing with stress. You will learn how stress works, get to the bottom of your own stressors and try out different relaxation and creativity methods:
- Painting mandalas
- Breath relaxation
- Progressive muscle relaxation
The relaxation and creativity methods are preventive for your health. The methods are presented in a practical way so that you are able to practice them independently even after completing the workshop. You will leave the seminar with an individual and long-term stress management plan for your everyday working life.
